General Terms and Conditions
By completing the online application form, you agree to these General Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
Registration to events is obligatory. Cancellations can be made up to 7 days before the date of the event. You pay the registration fee upon receipt of the invoice to your online account at TRR Giacomelli Media Ltd, opened at Banka Intesa Sanpaolo, d.d .: 10100-0051264204. The amounts indicated are net worth and must be added to the corresponding VAT amount.
At Giacomelli Media Ltd we respect your privacy. We provide you with a high level of data protection and we undertake to keep and use your information carefully for the sole purpose of analysing subscribers (event attendees) and will not share it with third parties without your consent. Participants shall provide the organiser with access to his or her personal information. For the purpose of conducting the events on the CBA programme, the organiser will obtain the full name, title, organisation / company of employment, e-mail address and address for sending the invoice.
If you would like to make any changes (deletion, insight, correction, transfer or objection) to your personal data that you have provided to us in the past, you can email us at info@circularbusiness.academy at any time. We will delete your personal information with all information in the participants' databases in accordance with the regulations in force.
