The upgraded Circularity Assessment Score and its opportunities – CAS 2.0

The CBA Team will present a new and upgraded Circularity Assessment Score (CAS). The upgraded CAS 2.0 now offers an even deeper understanding and managing of linear and circular risks. Together we will go through the questionnaire and evaluate results from actual companies.

Challenges and required action from banks and companies

Christoph Püntmann, PhD., Managing Partner, HiBrook, will explain the implications of the linear – circular paradigm shift for banks and companies with regards to financing based on new risk criteria and the required action to facilitate the circular transition.

Circular business model transformation and its implications for organisational growth and leadership

Katja Hleb, Senior Partner, BE Solutions, will address the organisational aspects that play a role in the transformation process and beyond, shedding light on how leadership changes and what the transformation means for organisational growth.

New members of the Circular Expert Practitioners Club
